”Spacious and comfortable. Apartment with sprawling patio facing the ocean. On the 2nd floor facing the ocean. Not easy to see through the trees -but the sound of pounding waves can be heard inside even with the doors closed views of the river too. Kitchen has lots of cooking tools. No spices or cooking oils. Everything must be brought in. Yummy restaurant within walking distance. Easier to have a car to reach shopping and downtown. Nice pool. 2 Beach towels in each room plus pool noodles....

”This property exceeded my expectations! The condo itself is cozy, well maintained, and very clean. We *thought* we had an issue with the toilet (false alarm) and Geralyn had someone there to take a look within 20 minutes. Everyone is so friendly and helpful-such a pleasure! The pool is well maintained, warm, and inviting! However-as mentioned in another’s review-you will catch a whiff of septic every now and again. It’s not from the pool or pool restrooms. ”Pros: The pool was amazing! Definitely the highlight of our stay. The view from the patio was beautiful and a great place to relax. The bathrooms were really nicely updated. The beach was nice as well. Cons: The doorknobs and window locks need serious upgrades. The hallway bathroom window lock was broken and the window was open (with no screen). ”This was by far our BEST family vacation yet. The property is amazing, very clean and well stocked. This unit is perfect for accessing the amazing pool area and beachfront. ”The apartment is beautiful and classy, and the surrounding area is fantastic!! The pools are just a short walk away and very nice. The landscaping is gorgeous. The club pool is walkable distance, though we preferred to drive, and is very nice to visit! You can tell it is a fairly new rental, as there are a few small flaws - some of the upstairs bedroom curtains not working properly, the upstairs bed was pretty squeaky and loud (we may have only noticed since we were trying not to wake a baby...

”This property was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. The view off of the balcony was stunning, with trees, ocean, and wildlife. The walk to the beach from our unit was only 2-3 minutes. There were several good restaurants across the road from the complex, but we also did a bit of easy cooking in the unit. The complex is located just between Jaco and Parrita and was easy to get to other areas of interest. I would recommend this rental to everyone!”
