ALL of the employees and team memberes we encourted were sooooo pleasant, polite, HAPPY, accommodating. We loved our table vaptain at Sui Ren Joseph and James and the manager May! ”Somerset is so good we almost don’t want to write a review so no one knows about it :) Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. ”

”Daily room upkeep was excellent. Included breakfast was delicious with many options. Quiet atmosphere. Beautiful beach and attendants will help you find spot. During our stay, a pipe broke, resulting in loss of water. Multiple workers were called in, and the problem was fixed within three hours. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always helpful. We hope to go back again to the same resort.”

”Clean, comfy bed everything great except they should have bug spray there were so many mosquitoes and that really sucks when on vacation trying to sleep and they keep attacking you. So get bug spray if you’re visiting soon. Still nice place. ”
