”Checked in on a Wednesday. Both commodes had to have a plunger used for flushing. TV in the master bedroom did not work. Carpet in the master bedroom was soaking wet. Notified the front desk and was told “maintenance” would arrive to resolve the issue. One maintenance person arrived the next morning after we’d left the suite to utilize our vacation event reservations. When we returned there was a note from maintenance but no resolution to any of the problems mentioned above. Another call...

”The Lodge was right on 76 and convenient to everything. Our room was comfortable and spacious. I enjoyed the music playing in all the public areas and breakfast was complementary, offering a variety of options every day. I even did laundry one day and the laundry area was clean and accommodating with strong wifi which allowed me to work while there. It would be hard for me to even think about staying somewhere else on our next visit.”

”The breakfast was excellent! The room was pretty much clean. We did find a tick after checking out the beds. We don’t know if it came with us or if it was already there but regardless, we got rid of it. The beds were supposed to be queen size but actually felt more like full size. As always , it was a wonderful stay overall!”

”The property is beautiful, front desk was professional, breakfast was great. The room was a different story. The curtain must be completely open otherwise the ac blows straight up into the very large voluminous curtain and not into the room at all. The bed is a lowrider about a foot off the ground and the mattresses are set inside some kind of roomy wooden box atop a nest of old hair and dead bugs. The mattresses are like blankets on cardboard.
