Located on Randall Lake, take in the peacefulness and beauty of nature, or swim, kayak, fish, hike, grill or just relax and and spend time with family. Internet and cell service is extremely limited, so disconnect and spend time with family. Located less than an hour from major areas as Portland, North Conway and Kittery, which makes it a great location for day trips. Grill, kayaks and fire wood is available.

This 3 bedroom 1 bath lake home contains all the amenities needed to enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Located on a private lake, wake up to a gorgeous sunrise, or close the evening with a camp fire and smores. The lake does not allow motor boats, so this is the perfect location for the kids to swim, bring the kayaks, fish and not worry about larger boats. The home comes equipped with grill, board games, fire wood, lawn games and full kitchen.

This location is in the woods of Maine on a private lake. Please be aware you will see wild life and animals within nature. Although the property does have complimentary Wi-Fi, the connection is not always reliable. Please be prepared when coming to this home. This will not be the ideal location to stream movies/games or have zoom calls.

This is the perfect location to disconnect, recharge and reconnect with family.

Guests will have private access to the home, with no shared spaces. There will be owners closets locked, only available to the homeowner.

Additionally, there are kayaks and a canoe owned by the homeowner. These can be used if guests sign waivers.

Bookings during the summer are 7 days only from Saturday check-in at 4PM to Saturday check-out ate 10AM for the summer. Bookings are available with 4 day minimum in Spring and Fall. Although there is Wi-Fi, it is limited and can't be used for streaming. Since it's satellite Wi-Fi, the performance does decrease in rain or high humidity.

Getting around
Although there is plenty to do on the lake and and property. To get to restaurants, stores and grocery stores at least a 10 min drive is required. There is parking available for 3 average sized vehicles, but no additional parking on street. The access road to the property is a single lane private dirt road.
