”We stayed one night at this property after attending a concert in Maryland and called ahead to arrange a late check-in. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated after such a long evening. The room was clean, comfortable, and we slept great. At checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a to-go bag that included water and a bagel for the road. Overall, this was a great place to stay!”

”Check in was fast and easy. The decor and finishings are very modernized for the cost per night. No complaints about cleanliness- not to say it was perfect, but overall it was a very comfortable stay and we slept great. Breakfast was decent. Only scrambled eggs and link sausage was hot.”

”This hotel was a very nice surprise, excellent quality for the price! Everything was new and absolutely spotless. The hotel had everything we needed, the room was huge and the bed very comfortable. It's refreshing to see hotels that are maintained this well. Extra points for having oat milk for coffee!”

”I booked a downstairs handicap accessible room because I struggle with stairs. I got there and was told there was no bottom floor rooms or handicap accessible rooms. Will never stay there ever again. Very disappointed!”

”The pool is small, and the towels in the pool area were never stocked. We had to ask for towels all 3 times we used it. Smoke detector was missing with wires hanging. I had to alert staff who didn’t take it as serious as it should be. Eventually someone found me a working smoke detector. The room was clean on the surface but smelled musty. My daughter saw a “large insect” that ran across the bathroom sink. I never saw it, so I can’t say what it might have been. I hope we didn’t bring a...

”Breakfast fruit was always rotten, milk was spoiled several times. Staff lied to me repeatedly and was exceptionally rude. Room was constantly dirty, had trouble getting fresh linens. People were repeatedly in my room during the day and I received no service on those days. One day returned to find my bed messed up and lights in the bathroom were still on. ”

”The pictures were misleading. The parking was limited, the outside was sketchy. The sink was clogged and had very poor drainage, the toilet would barely flush, the shower had body hair on the walls, the bathroom towel hooks were barely attached, the shampoo and body wash wall containers were empty, and the bath towels were tiny. After a long day in the city and running around I did NOT look forward to going back there. I will say, the staff were polite and kind but that’s it. ”
