”Lovely location. Great gardens and swimming pool area. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The bar staff in particular couldn’t do enough to help you. Nice cliff top walk down to St Jean de Luz. All in all, we had a very pleasant two night stay here. Could have stayed longer!”

”Very good location just a couple of steps from the beach but still in the centre of Saint Jean de Luz. Hotel provided beach towels and mattresses which was very nice. Good and reasonably priced breakfast and lovely and helpful staff. We would definately stay here again. Street is quite busy with restaurants so a little noise came to the room but it didn't bother us at all. Our room was quite compact, so someone who is looking for a big room should maybe consider the larger rooms with terrace....

”We had a lovely stay here. It's a nice and well maintained hotel. When we arrived we were welcomed by a friendly young man. The rooms are as mentioned on the website. All necessary amenities are present. A nice bonus was the small fridge since it was quite warm outside. We booked our stay with breakfast, at which we were welcomed by a friendly lady every morning. Breakfast was nice and there was lot's to choose from. I would stay here again when visiting San Sebastian.”

The old town was just a 15 minutes walk away. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was yummy! The only complaint is that the room could have had a bit more light. ”

”We enjoyed our brief stay at Mosaik Hotel. We were welcomed by a lovely lady in Reception who helped us park our car, store our bikes and offered to help with any questions or information. Our family apartment was a good size, comfortable, clean and equipped as described. The air-con was much appreciated as it was very hot during our stay and the hotel location is ideal for shops, restaurants, transport and the beach. ”

”Warm welcome to the hotel, with a nice coffee shop and wine bar on the ground floor. The hotel was well maintained, and always smelt fresh. Room service was around everyday, would have like a door sign to indicate when we wanted room service or were happy without, and also the shower leaked under the door, but otherwise, we enjoyed the stay. ”

"Hotelli sijaitsee upealla paikalla, mahtavat näkymät Atlantille, rannikolle moneen suuntaan, sekä San Sebastianin kauupunkiin. Keskustaan oli hiukan matkaa, mutta se taittui helposti julkisilla ja taksilla. Arvostimme mahdollisuutta jättää oma auto hotellin maksuttomaan parkkiin. Huoneessa oli hyvä ilmastointi, mukava sänky ja yllättävän paljon tilaa. Kylmät vesipullot jääkaapissa olivat kiva yllätys. Parveke merinäköalalla oli ihana. Sisustus ehkä kaipaa vähän päivitystä. Allasalue oli hieno, meni vai iltauintien kannalta harmillisen aikaisin kiinni, jo klo 20."

"Hyvä, siisti ja toimiva hotelli. Kuntosali on aito ja kunnollinen, ei pelkkä hotellin kuntoiluhuone. Pyykinpesu onnistuu. Uima-allasalue on hyvä, tosin varjoja voisi olla enemmän. Hotelli on vähän ytimestä sivussa. Kävely puiston läpi noin 20 minuuttia. Vastaanotto hotellissa vähän sekava. Lisäksi vastaanoton tietoturvassa olisi parannettavaa, kun henkilökunnan näytöt ovat kaikille näkyvissä. Pysäköinti toimiva. Menisin uudelleen."

Great location, good hotel

"The hotel is located on a quiet street with very quick access to the Kontxa beach. The staff was very helpful but not always available. They had switched the heating off for the summer in mid-April, which made the room a bit chilly. Otherwise an excellent experience."
