”The smell”

”It seems this hotel is more for the “unhoused” population. There was a man who was sitting in the front lobby in his bathrobe reading the paper and every time we saw him he was in his bathrobe walking around inside and out! Also there was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in lobby was just about room temperature. Their continental breakfast consisted of a basket of granola bars . The room was less than clean and the hall was noisy all night. I’m not sure where the positive reviews...

”The place was clean. That’s the only nice thing I can really say. The pool was closed and when I looked in the door it looked green. When I asked it sounded like it’s been closed a long time with no intention to reopen it. But they still charge rates like they have an indoor pool and they still advertise the indoor pool. The mattress was so old and saggy, also still an old school coil only mattress, my whole body hurt from head to toe the next day. It was so bad that I checked out a day early. ”

”Room is very clean. Bed is comfortable. We are fam of 4, two adults and two teens, really enjoys the hotel for two nights visit to Providence. 7 minutes to shopping center. We love the breakfast. We will come back here again . ”

”Excellent overnight stay for early next day flight. Staff were great. Friendly and easy to talk to. Shuttle to airport was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Parked our car in hotel lot for duration of our trip for a very reasonable fee. When we returned from our trip, called for shuttle and it arrived in 5 minutes. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if needed. ”
