Located within easy reach of Paso Robles’ acclaimed tasting rooms and downtown dining, this elegant retreat features spacious living areas, designer finishes, and a private hot tub ideal for unwinding under the stars. Whether you’re visiting for a romantic getaway, a friends’ escape, or a family vacation, this home provides a serene setting to connect, relax, and enjoy California’s Central Coast wine country.

🏡 The Living Space
Sleep: The home accommodates up to six guests with three beautifully designed bedrooms, each outfitted with premium bedding and soft linens for restful nights. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, an en suite full bath with tile walk-in shower, and a flat screen TV (streaming services only, no cable). Guest bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed. Guest bedroom #2 has a comfortable full-size futon bed and a work station with a desk, office chair, and monitor. The guest's full bathroom features a tub/shower combo.
Gather & Relax: The living area is warm and inviting with abundant natural light, an electric fireplace, stylish furnishings, and a cozy feel that’s perfect for shared stories and relaxation after a day of wine tasting.
Equipped Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space, and quality cookware makes it effortless to prepare breakfast before your adventures or dinner to share with loved ones.
Indoor Comfort: Central climate control, in-unit washer and dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home ensure a comfortable and connected stay.
Outdoor Oasis: Guests will enjoy the low-maintenance backyard, a large garage for parking or storage, and a cozy back patio with brand new outdoor furniture. We have a brand new washer and dryer located in the garage for guest use.

Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1000 is authorized before arrival.
Quiet Hours: The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood; please observe evening quiet times starting from 10 pm.
Pets: We will welcome one well-behaved dog at this property with a pet fee of $100 and agreement to our pet policy.
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.
