Ainutlaatuinen historia, Päivitetty Elegance Paso Robles Wine Countryissa

Union Road Schoolhousessa on ainutlaatuinen Paso Robles -kokemus, joka perustuu historiaansa Paso Roblesin alueen ensimmäisten maaseudun koulurakennusten rinnalla, ja sen uudelleensuunnittelu elegantiksi haciendaksi, jossa on dramaattiset korkeat katot, gourmet-keittiö, alakerran peli ja TV-huone ja kolme eekkeriä aidattua maaseudun yksityisyyttä. Alkuperäinen koulurakennuksen kokoonpano johtaa upeaan yläkerrassa olevaan huoneeseen ja käytävään makuuhuoneen sviittiin, jossa on king-vuode, ulkoterassi ja oma kylpyhuone kylpyammeella. Kolme alakerrassa olevaa huonetta täydentävät nukkumatiloja, ja sali-kylpyhuoneessa on suihkukaappi ja kylpyamme. Lisämukavuutta lisäävät puoli-amme-pelihuone. Ulkona on runsaasti ulkona olevia pizzaa, kaksi BBQ-asemaa, useita ruokailu- ja oleskelualueita, mukaan lukien viehättävä varjoisa huvimaja. Sisätiloissa on suuri taulu-tv, ping-pong ja Asteroidien arcade-kone sekä alakerran baarikeittiö.

Union Schoolhouse, joka on rakennettu vuonna 1923 itäisen Paso Roblesin maaseutuyhteisön paikallisena voimavarana, oli tuolloin uusi, nykyaikainen koulu. Koulu toivotti lapset ensimmäisten kahdeksan vuoden koulutuksen ja sisätilojen, kahden luokkahuoneen, kouluohjelmien näyttämön ja suurten ulkoilualueiden baseball- ja leikkikentille. Schoolhouse on saanut uuden persoonan tyylikkäässä, hacienda-tyylisessä loma-asunnossasi. Sinulla ei koskaan ollut tätä hauskaa koulussa!

It was excellent for 3 couples to stay and have their own space but also have a common living area. It was very close to wineries for a tour and near grocery stores! We also go to venture into downtown Paso, which was lovely.

Nice spot for a Wine Tour!

This house was very spacious and served as a great spot for us to hang out and celebrate a birthday. Close to town and perfect for getting a bus to tour around to the nearby wineries.

Great stay! The house is spacious, open, and welcoming. The kitchen/dining area is perfect for gathering around and hanging out. Only recommendation is for a large sofa/seating area upstairs. Other than that, it was the perfect house for our weekend away!

Great Location, great property

Nothing more needs to be said other than our stay was wonderful. The property is great and we would come back anytime. Besides the spaciousness of all the rooms (both vertically and horizontally) we particularly appreciated the large coffee service and complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Good job!

It is also very close to some awesome wineries. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend adding a TV to the living room and maybe a sound system.

Home for Wedding Preperation

This property was very spacious and clean The upstairs living/kitchen/master bedroom was beautiful! I had a lot of wedding dessert prep and the kitchen was fantastic. The downstairs bedrooms were nice and there was an excellent family room area. The barbeque and backyard were nicely kept and everything worked well. There was a balcony that was a good size. I felt like that area could have been a bit cleaner and better maintained. There was a fair amount of leaves and bird droppings, and some of the railings are loose. Overall: a wonderful place and I would definately stay again!

The kitchen is well equipped and the upper deck is a great place to relax. Everything from check in to check out was easy and well done.

There was room for everyone to sleep and we shared many large meals around a lovely table in an amazing upper level dining room/kitchen area. The place was warm and welcoming and had a beautiful kitchen with access to an outdoor deck area.

Spacious, and clean just as described. The exterior needed some cleaning but the interior was great. Used the grill both nights, sat outside one night, and enjoyed some of the local wine.

Beautiful and Classic

Driving up to this property is very awe inspiring. From the beautiful fountain to the grand entrance, it has a gallant first encounter with its new tenants. I loved the fact that it was a re-purposed old school house building. The history behind the property was very charming. I loved the property grounds which were very big! We even enjoyed morning walks around the property grounds. Nature was definitely in harmony with this property. We even saw deer at night walking in the backyard. It was a beautiful sight! We enjoyed our relaxing time together and left well rested and happy.

Reviewer Comments: Rented the 4 bedroom house for the rest of my family since it was the closest house to the Chateau Robles where the other half of the family stayed. All the activities were in Chateau Robles and thus was just used for sleeping. This house is really big with a huge living room and 3 bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom was upstairs. The great room with kitchen was huge with a center island where 20 people could easily sit. The whole place was clean and very spacious.

Plenty of space for 10 people

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for our family in the kitchen, living room, and we enjoyed the entertainment room with games as well. The only thing I would say is to keep in mind if renting this place your shoes must be off upstairs to protect flooring. The space is beautiful. When we arrived we heard ongoing non-stop beeping noises from sensors and we didn’t want them to keep us up at night so we had them come over and shut them off which they did and the gentlemen from maintenance was there in less than 15 minutes and solved the issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the ample space, we made making our personal pizza and using the pizza oven outside. You do have to take your own wood but pizza paddle. Beautiful place with lots of historic features. As guests we made sure to be mindful of the history it holds and left the place spotless. Thank you!

Cool Historic Building

We enjoyed our stay. It is very spacious and open on the Top floor that was the old school house. The basement bedrooms were nice size but not enough bathrooms. The furniture upstairs was not very comfortable nor did it fit the motif of the design. Downstairs was a bit cold with tile floors but no area rugs…. But the furniture was comfortable. It’s sets on a very large lot and could have used a little TLC but we had a good time with the kids having plenty of room to run around. The Neighbors have goats and the kids love that… We have close family in Paso and have been going by this place for 40 years and didn’t know it was an old schoolhouse…. You will enjoy your stay here!!!
