TLDR: The house was such a disappointment that we left after one night. For the hosts credit, we did get a partial refund. The issues: - Couches smell like urine and covered in ugly seat covers not pictured on listing. - Patio furniture pictured on listing is not there. There was a heap of broken equipment and fencing in the yard. The screen door had the screen ripped open. - None of the rugs pictured in the listing are in the home. Instead the floors are all cold concrete. The house feels incredibly sterile and not at all homelike. - The kitchen is small and there was no handle on the oven to safely open/close it - The “game room” is old game equipment in a dirty garage. The pool table is full of stains. I can’t imagine any adult choosing to spend time in that space. - Several of the beds were uncomfortable with cheap linens.Overall the home lacks in cleanliness, comfort, and utility. The house is due for a deep clean and financial investment to improve the quality of this listing.
