Access is via an external staircase of 35 steps from the private garden. The living area combines a lounge, a dining room, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen including a 3-burner induction hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, and Tassimo coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, and a separate toilet completes the space.
