”During our stay we first found a bug that looked like a centipede in our room near the chair by the door. It was about 1.5 inches long. This was upsetting and made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. We couldn't stop thinking about it. My husband stepped on it quickly to kill it. We were nervous about encountering more. The sheets didn't feel clean. I felt itchy throughout the night. The floor was also dirty. There were crumbs and dirt on it. This significantly affected our ability...

”The Hotel is 35 minutes drive to Downtown Vancouver. If not a taxi or an Uber, you have to take the SkyTrain a couple of blocks away and one stop in between, depending on where you want to go in downtown. No terrible but a little incovenient. More so in winter time than summer.”

”No elevator. They help you carry your bags up the stairs. The rooms were not clean with broken tiles. No towels, gave us plastic cups with faucet water. Poor”

”Immaculate accommodation on the edge of China Town. Apartment was quite small but had everything one would need. The bed was comfortable but the hid-a-bed was very uncomfortable. Also there is no parking in the building but there is a parkade across the road that cost $25 per day. The location is good with easy access to BC Place, Rogers Arena and easy walk to Gastown. I would not feel comfortable walking around the neighbourhood alone.”
