”Room and view was lovely. Nature paths are great. Concierge guys, spa and bar staff are friendly and helpful - but some others give you a very cold feeling. Building looks like it is getting very old. ”

”The property is beautiful, great location, decor, amenities, it really is the best place to stay in Ushuaia. The staff is realty nice, polite, very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the only problem we had the first night was to figure out that there was a blackout curtain behind two other curtains, I wish we were informed as it was a little uncomfortable to sleep with the windows uncovered when it gets dark at midnight and light at 5 am. One other suggestion to make the stay perfect is...

”This hotel was amazing! Great service, amazing restaurant, the most awesome view from our room (valley view). The personnel was very, very helpful with all of our requests, and the restaurant staff was amazing. Everything was great! The privately-bookable mini spa with jacuzzis and infrared saunas was especially great, with awesome views.”
