”The property is beautiful, great location, decor, amenities, it really is the best place to stay in Ushuaia. The staff is realty nice, polite, very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the only problem we had the first night was to figure out that there was a blackout curtain behind two other curtains, I wish we were informed as it was a little uncomfortable to sleep with the windows uncovered when it gets dark at midnight and light at 5 am. ”O hotel fica dentro de um condomínio, o lugar é espetacular, paisagens lindíssimas, acomodações super confortáveis. A má impressão ficou quando chegamos a portaria do condomínio e um segurança nos recebeu com extrema grosseiria. Outro ponto foi na recepção , os atendentes não estão muito dispostos a deixar uma boa impressão. Fiz uma reserva pra 2 dias em um quarto, vista montanha. The restaurant was pretty but noisy and not a gastronomic triumph; WiFi and jacuzzi worked well; everything was clean and orderly. The spa and gym were not much worth mentioning.
