”Although the NZ weather was not welcoming, the Barefoot Cottage made up for it. It is ideal for a couple, clean, tidy and an excellent view of the ocean. An easy walk to the nearby cafe and beach (if only it was beach weather). We would definitely stay there again.”

”Great little place to stay and so close to the amazing beach!!!! We had a little unit with a bunny bed and double bed. Little microwave and a little “ island” tha theme dishes,kettle. Etc…. The brash was steps away. And behind the hotel/ park is a really really good restaurant so there was no need to walk or drive anywhere. Cute little place to stay right on the beach. Loved it. ”

”Fabulous spot for a long weekend away from Auckland. The sea view from the main property is amazing, and the pool / games barn a great place for the kids to be entertained. The hosts are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We stayed in the Kohinui (family) cottage - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and heat pumps/AC in every room.
