Very nice place to stay and relax
The best thing was the hotel manager Johan who really looked after that the gest were happy and everything was working. We had two pool access rooms with sun all afternoon and there was always a lit of free sunbeds at the pool if needed. Breakfast was great and nice to sit outside in the shade and the liunge with free cofee and sift drinks was also nice. It would habe beed good to have more information about activities on the island. Only negative to mention was the buffee dinners, the food did not taste almost nothing and it costet 1600bht/person excl drinks.

Not to recommend to stay here
Best thing at the hotel was the morning workouts. We had two sunset deluxe pool access rooms 8315 and 8314, that were located across the poolbar. The room 8314 had some issues with the drain and was stinking awful, we informed the reception but they could not fix it. There eas also some maintanance work ongoing on the terass between our rooms and we were not able to use the pool access. Unfortunately the sun did not shine to the pool access rooms and it was nearly impossible to find free sunbeds the pool as the other guest had reserved those early on the morning with towels.

Mainiot uima-altaat, isot huoneet, mukava henkilökunta, kohtuullinen kuntosali, hauska oma keilahalli, hyvät retkipalvelut ja ok sijainti kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista, ostos- ja hierontapaikoista sekä merenrannasta. Hotellin omat ravintolat vähän hintavia, tasoltaan keskinkertaisia ja suht tylsiä, tosin livemusa oli yllättävän tasokasta. Monet hotellin omista ravintoloista olivat kiinni, mikä oli melkoinen antikliimaksi. Aamiaistila oli myös todella täynnä, jos ei ollut liikkeellä kukonlaulun aikaan. Ja sen ulkotila pulujen valtaama.

Erittäin mukava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla.
Hotelli on päällisin puolin hieman kulahtunut, mutta erittäin siisti ja toimiva. Huoneemme oli Sunset siivessä sijaitseva Sunset Deluxe Pool Access huone. Huoneen numero oli 8111 ja se oli siiven viimeinen huone. Huoneen terassilta oli suora pääsy uima-altaalle. Huoneen sijainti oli loistava koska tästä kohtaa allas oli kaikkein rauhallisin ja eniten ”omaa tilaa”. Hotelli on rauhallinen ja tilat ovat laajat ja avarat. Puutarhamaisella maisemoinilla on saatu aikaan kaunis keidas vilkkaan kaupungin reunalla. Alueella on useita uima-altaita joista yksi sijaitsee aivan rantakadun reunalla ja siintä on helppo ja nopea siirtyä rannalle tai vaikka mereen pulahtamaan. Aamiaisravintoloita oli kaksi, joista suuremmassa oli todella kattava valikoima erilaisia vaihtoehtoja. Ruoat oli hyvin esillä ja ne olivat selvästi merkitty. Pienemmässä vaihtoehdossa oli hieman suppeampi valikoima, mutta siellä oli todella rauhallista. Hotellin sijainti oli rannan rauhallisemmalta ja kauniimmalta osalta. Myös rantakatu on hieman rauhallisempi tällä osalla rantaa. Välittömässä läheisyydessä on kuitenkin lukematon määrä ravintoloita ja paikallisia kauppoja yms. Jos haluaa viettää aikaa vilkkaalla Bangla Roadilla niin sinne kävelee 10 minuutissa. Sisään- ja uloskirjaus oli nopeaa ja sujuvaa. Hotellissa on oma kirjasto, keilahalli, biljardi- sekä snookersali. Lisäksi pieni punttisali sekä, allasbaareja, kahvila ja pari ravintolaa. Miinusta tulee aurinkotuolien varailijoista.

Entinen viiden tähden hotelli
Hotelli sijaitsee rannan lähellä ja myös vilkkaan kadun. Liikenteen melu oli välillä kovaa. Hotellin vanhalle puolelle pitäisi tehdä saneraus, huone oli kuluneen näköinen ja esim. suihku ei toiminut kunnolla. Pääuima allasalueella pitäisi myös tehdä remonttia, poreet eivät kaikki toimineet ja aurinkovarjot sekä tuolit saisi päivittää uusiin. Aamupala oli todella hyvä ja runsas. Paljon venäläisiä hotelliasiakkaita. Pääallasaluella välillä turhan meluisa ohjattu allasjumppa. Kelahallista ja kuntosalista plussaa.

Rannan läheisyys oli oikein hyvä. Ihmetytti ettei iltaa varten laitettu huoneita kuntoon, vaikka Thaimaassa kyseisten tähtiluokitusten mukaisesti yleensä tehdään. Huoneemme oli muutoinkin Deluxe-huone. Palvelu ei henkilökunnalla ollut erikoista.

Kiva ja iso hotelli Patongilla
9 yön perhematka Patong Beachilla. Yövyimme vanhan mallisessa perhehuoneessa. Huone juuri sopiva 4 hengelle kahden parisängyn ansiosta. Huone hyvän kokoinen sisältäen 2 ilmastointilaitetta ja jääkaapin, sekä 2 tv.tä ja parvekkeen. Koko hotellialueella ilmainen kohtuullisesti toimiva wifi. Pesuhuone uusimisen tarpeessa, mutta riittävä. Hotellissa monia hyvässä kunnossa olevia uima-altaita joihin saa erilliset pyyhkeet uima-altaiden vierestä. Aamupala monipuolinen ja hyvä, mutta ruuhkainen pääravintolassa. Emme kuitenkaan tutustuneet toiseen mahdolliseen aamiaisravintolaan. Hotelli on rannan välittömässä läheisyydessä, mutta rauhallinen. Suosittelen hotellia jos saa hyvän tarjouksen. Hotelli on kävelymatkan päässä Bangla roadista ja Jung Ceylon ostoskeskuksesta. Hotellin lähistöllä muutamia hyviä paikallisia ravintoloita kuten Thai smile 2 ja no 9 restaurant. Sopiva hotelli perhehuoneen osalta 4 hengen perheille tai isoille seurueille. Perhehuoneita ei alueen hotelleissa monessa ole.

Lomalla
Hotelli sijaitsee aivan loistavalla paikalla rannan tuntumassa, mutta kuitenkin rauhallisella paikalla. Rantaan tien yli ja keskustan vilinäänkin vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatka. Hotelli on iso, josta löytyy kaikenlaista tekemistä.

When I first showed up for a booking, we were told we had to wait to check in, which is completely normal. After checking in and going into the room, we immediately noticed The horrible stench of human waste. I mean terrible!! Smell there was hairs on the shower floor. It had not been cleaned, and the sheets stunk like body oder. We notified them they would not move rooms, but they sent a lady in with Pineau cleaner and she sprayed it in the corner of the rooms, poured it down the drains and walked out and all while doing this Barefooted!!? WHAT!?

Comfortable rooms. good daily room service, good breakfasts, the many pools in the resort were great, you could avoid children in the main pool. The only issue we had was the location, we prefer a little quieter. Very good value.

Some power pounts in the room didn't work. There was a smell from the drain near the toilet in our room. We teported this but it was not fixed. Table and 2 small chairs needed fir in room dining. The staff wrte very friendly. Buffet breakfasts are excellent.

Well laid out resort, with numerous pools and close to the beach for swimming. Also within walking distance to most of the things Phuket has to offer. Perhaps a little large to expect the personal touch that can be provided in smaller places.

Very beautiful hotel, clean, many pools, amazing view from the top pool , the rooms are spacious , breakfast is good with a lot of choices, the staff is nice , it's prefect, we enjoyed our stay ! The only thing I did not like is Patong and its atmosphere and the beach which is not really nice but it has nothing to see with the hotel ...

ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ хорошее расположение отеля к морю. В этом отеле было уникальным прямой выход в бассейн и разрешалось в нём плавать до позднего вечера. Это очень понравилось!!! Номер просторный, большой, с душевой кабиной, каждый день пополнялись ванные принадлежности, это тоже очень понравилось. Не понравилось многое. Это то, что номере две бутылочки воды на двоих, что при 35-38 градусов жары очень мало. Завтраки скудные и однообразные. Каждый день только яйца, фасоль в томате, сосиски, рис, мясо и вермишель в соусе с карри. Первые пять дней были вкусными тайские булочки с мясом, но каждый день одно и тоже сильно приелось. Из фруктов арбуз, драгон фрукт, ананас и через день были кислый passion fruit, или джекфрут. Самым вкусным из перечисленных фруктов был только арбуз. Персонал на тройку. В описании отеля было заявлено, что есть немецко-говорящий персонал. На самом деле только тайский или английский язык. Поэтому с нашим немецким общение было просто ужасным. По прибытию в отель абсолютно всех приветствовали прохладительными напитками, а нас нет. Это было очень обидно.

We went in April, 3/4 pools. Not too expensive. Breakfast buffet had good options. We did have a room with a balcony opposite a restaurant so some nights we heard a lot of singing from the on-site entertainment but nothing majorly disruptive. Room was spacious for three people and comfy. Good amenities, lovely staff.

Property is a beautiful lay out. We loved the pool areas along with the gardens . Staff are very nice and pleasant . Location is superb next to the beach and a 10 min walk to the shops . I recommend this place definitely. Will not disappoint. Happy traveller's 😊

Graceland is so family friendly the staff are so accomodating and helpful at every request This is so conveniently located and a walk across the road tot he beach lots of pools to choose from the rooms are comfortable and air con was reliable

I have visited Phuket many many times I have never been so comfortable and happy with the property it has everything you need to have a truely wonderful experience, so much so I’m already looking at coming back next year ! Thank you to everyone at gracelands resort and spa
