Good hotel polite staff
Really pleasant surprise coming here during my backpacking trip. Good new aircon, super polite staff. Hotel is situated away from the noisy roads but still close to everything. Free motorbike parking. The swimming pool is good and really nice as it is deeper too than most hotels have, 2m at the other side.

Hello Sawaddi Patong staff! (and all fellow travellers) To point out great things about Sawaddi Patong: -Your staff was very professional and polite throughout our entire stay at Sawaddi Patong. -The hotel room, restaurant and poolside were nice and tidy and the housekeeping team did a marvelous job! -The food you served at your hotel was very tasty and well displayed. -This was my first trip to Thailand and You all made our stay at Patong very pleasant and easy. -Your staff was very helpful. -I personally appreciate your awesome customer service -It would be lovely if all of your staff got this message from room #3233 (time of stay 15.12.-22.12.2017) we are really happy and will recommend your hotel to any friend headed to Patong! -I really hope that you will keep your hotel as tidy and nice with a professional staff like now and stay rated at least that 4 stars (****) that you deserve! Kiva,viihtyisä hotelli!
Olimme todella tyytyväisiä hotellivalintaan. Sijainti erinomainen, rauhallisella paikalla, mutta kuitenkin lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta ja rannalta. Hotellissa erinomainen allas alue. Aamupala runsas ja herkullinen, jokaiselle jotain. Hinta laatusuhde kohdallaan, henkilökunta ystävällistä, siisteys erittäin hyvä. Suosittelemme hotellia muillekkin.

Suosittelen!
Viihdyimme avovaimoni kanssa hotellissa hyvin. Palvelu oli hyvää, huone tilava, ja allas-alue iso, jossa oli riittävästi aurinkotuoleja kaikille. Myöskin kuntosali oli riittävän monipuolinen ja tilava. Aamupala aivan loistava. Hotellin ympäristössä paljon "pikku" ruokapaikkoja, joissa hintataso edullinen. Matkaa Patongin rantaan alle 1km ja isoimpaan ostoskeskukseen, sekä Bangla roadille saman verran.

Hienoa, että oli muutamia kertoja päivässä shuttle esim. rannalle. Palvelu alle arvostelun monellakin eri tavalla. Kaunis hotelli ja kiva, pieni allasalue.

Nice Hotel
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, pity we couldnt stay any longer. Room was nice and clean. Only one thing was bothering me a bit (restaurants telephone.) I could hear it ring everytime, the reason for that could be our rooms location ( right next to restaurant). Staff were polite and helpful. Recommendations from us!

Tyylikäs ja siisti.
Kiva allasalue. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä palvelu; huoneenvaihto toteutettiin vaikka hotelli lähes täynnä. Ranta vähän liian kaukana ja pari vilkasta katua oli ylitettävä.

I like the bed, though it is quite high. The hotel has a nice pool to relax and swim. Very convenient to travel from here. The high electric cable within the external of the resort is quite an eye sore, otherwise it is quiet and nice place to stay in.

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. The listing was a little misleading about the “free airport shuttle” but it was still very affordable. The facility could use some updating to solidify that “luxury hotel” feel. The counters in the bathroom, chipped paint on the doors, etc. make the hotel seem worn down a little. Also, the beds were pretty hard. Everything else was great. The pools were accessible and clean. The dining options were adequate. The spa was AMAZING!!! And again, the staff was incredible!

Enjoyable stay
Liked this hotel, 15 minutes to beach on foot. Lots of restaurants around. Staff friendly even the manager came and asked me for comments. Pool good with a proper deep end for swimming. Breakfast okay. Room good.
