”Woman working the front desk was great, and very helpful fixing a booking error on my part. The hotel itself though is in need of some help. First, it’s in an industrial park so there are no food or shopping options within walking distance. And of course, while I was checking in a homeless person came into the lobby and would not stop trying to talk to me while I was trying to talk to the front desk agent. The room was clean, but mattress was beyond worn out. The toilet was interesting, as shown...

”First room the gave me card didn't work and yet the door pushed right open, looked liked it had been kicked in prior. Second room floors were full of stains/ dirty and drains were full of hair.”

”Roomy, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, wifi couldn't keep online which made it hard to take care of things from the room. Location near train track can make for some noise at night. ”

”Great location to stay with my dog! Very, very comfy beds and I rarely (if ever) heard my neighbors. Everything was very clean and they have nice bathrooms. Friendly staff, too! Will definitely stay again! ”

”The stay was awesome staff was amazing and friendly, the breakfast options were too notch having a fresh omelet made in front of you was a cool experience! And the beds were fairly comfortable, the pull out bed in the couch was uncomfortable enough my kids just slept on the couch. But overall an amazing experience would definitely go back and recommend this hotel!”

”The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the line of soap and shampoo they offer (Crabtree & Evelyn Gardeners liine) The rooms could use a remodel with some color. They are very dreary looking and in a place where it rains a lot, it's a downer. But if you can look past that- it's a comfy place to stay.”
