Ok place, near everything.
Comfortable hotel, whit nice bit tiny pool. Hotel needs renovation, because you see that maintenance is done poorly. WiFi didn't work at all, and from front desk they didn't get it work. Shower was ok whit pressure but it's not movable. Near by hotel were really big pile of garbage, and there air is stinking a lot.

Hyvä hotelli, huonot huoneet
Hotellin henkilökunta ei juurikaan osannut Englantia. Henkilökunta oli kuitenkin mukavaa ja palvelualtista. Check in, aamupalalle meno, palvelu uima-altaalla jne. sujui hyvin. Hotellin aula ja yleiset tilat olivat hienot, mutta valitettavasti huoneet eivät olleet samassa kunnossa. Viereisen huoneen äänet kuuluivat erityisesti vessan läpi todella kovaa. Lisäksi hotellin molemmilla puolilla oli äänekäs baari - musiikki ja ihmisten äänet kuuluivat häiritsevästi sisälle (asuimme 3. kerroksessa). Huoneessa haisi kostealta vanhalta rakennukselta. Ilmastointi oli todella äänekäs. Hotellin tarjoamat kuvat eivät vastanneet todellisuutta. Uima-allasalue oli hieno. Hyvät tuolit, näkymät, varjot jne. Toki uimisen/pulikoimisen kannalta allas oli pieni ja kylmä (ei lämmitetty). Lisäksi omat eväät olivat kielletty (kieltoa valvottiin työntekijöiden piinaavien katseiden kautta). Aamupala oli suhteellisen hyvä, joskin 250 bahtia oli siitä kova hinta. Aamupalalla oli munia eri muodossa, nakkeja, kinkkua, leipiä, hedelmiä, kahvia, muroja yms. "perussettejä" + thaimaalaisia ruokalajeja. Huomaa, että pekonia tai pannukakkuja oli vain yhtenä aamuna. All in all, huoneessa ei tehnyt mieli viettää aikaa. En luultavasti varaisi uudestaan.

Tukeva aamunavaus
Huoneessa oli tilava parveke, kassakaappi, erillinen kylpyamme ja suihku ja jopa ilmaistointilaite toimi moitteettomasti. Katolla mukava pieni allas ja aurinkotuoleja. Wifi toimi hyvin. Ympäristö on rauhallinen, mutta kuitenkin lyhyt matka menomestoille. Aamupala oli monipuolinen, vaikka ilta usein venähtikin pitkäksi, kannatti sen takia nousta ylös - ja painua sitten takaisin nukkumaan. Olin hotelliin tyytyväinen ja todennäköisesti käytän sitä seuraavallakin visiitillä.

Sunshine Vista was very clean , room , bedding , towels changed every day . Pool area cleaned every day . One thing i would like to suggest is hotel could do with hand rails on stairs from level 1 to 10. All staff were very polite and helpfull .. Breakfast was very good anf plentyfull .. All in all excellent 3 week stay at Sunshine Vista ,hopefully we will return ......

I love this place. Amazing staff. Nice rooms. Great location. Breakfast is good. They have the classic Thai chicken breakfast sausages. I honestly cant stand those things. But they also offer a variety of different dishes to cater to an international crowd. And they make some of the best Mac and Cheese, Ive ever had in my life. I know, not really a breakfast food. But if youve been to Thailand you already know breakfast buffets can have some unique items, not traditionally associated with breakfast. Think of it as Saturday morning and you arrived at a local buffet (like Old Country Buffet if you're American) you arrived at 10:40, and they are starting to set out the lunch items, although you can still get eggs and breakfast basics. That's Thailand. And Thailand is amazing.

Perfect location
A good location, close to everything. Rooms was nice and they gave me a free upgrade. Nice swimmingpool on rooftop. I didn't have breakfast, so don't know what that's like. It's only 100 meters to the beach.

Workers Nack, Jia, and Fun all made the tripe 100 times more memorable with their wonderful smiles and caring nature! Each day felt like I was among family! But, the truth is, this is my third stay and it gets better every time. I rented additional rooms for my students this time. If I have my choice, I will never stay at another location in Pattaya again. The Breakfast Buffet is a wonderful treat daily. The pool is small, but accessible. And the weight Facilities are enough for any gym goer! I love this hotel!

The properrty is okay as long as you dont stay on the 3 rd floor! Thats where a utility room is with a water pump . And when it starts to pump you sure do know about it. If your on the third floor. I stayed in 3 16 and had to be moved after my first night. The noise was unbearable! When i was moved further down on the third floor it wasn't so bad . My room was well cleaned and it was quite good thereafter. Very spacious it was all good!
