”My friend and I stayed here as a weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect. The service was phenomenal from start to finish. We did have an issue with valet but they corrected it immediately and gave us a discount on the cost. The hotel is stunning, lives up to all the hype. ”

”We arrived late at the hotel and we got no problem at the parking which was just across the street. We paid $17 after 12 noon checked out. The room was super cleaned, the bed was cozy and pillows were light, fluffy and heavenly soft feel. The breakfast was fresh and lots to choose from it, we were perfectly content and delighted to start the day. We were amazingly surprised with their state of the art pan cake maker. ”Nice hotel BUT don't stay here when it's even slightly warm because the rooms are hot and stuffy. There is no way to control the temp in the room. The noise from fells point bars are right outside your room so if you don't plan to partake in the all night partying don't plan to sleep because it's impossible. The $65 valet parking is ridiculous. The valet was super nice but he needed help as it took a long time to get our car. I would not recommend this hotel.”

”Pool was down, skywalk was down, breakfast was a 45+ min wait, I was charged for daily parking and charged for enter and exit at the parking garage. Would have much rather stay elsewhere.”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Hotel was easily located and in the center of Inner Harbor- walking distance to restaurants, CFG Arena, and local entertainment. The common areas of the hotel were clean. The room was mediocre. It had no fridge or couch in a king room, a huge disappointment. The window was very small and there was barely any lighting- it felt like a college dorm room. Did not feel it was appropriately advertised online.”
