”I never heard of a booked room the guest having to request to be cleaned after the room is given to the guest. Every hotel I've been to the room given to me is always clean. Here at La Quinta the room was given to me dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and so dirty. The employee at the front desk told me that the room is given to the guest dirty and that I have to request to get it cleaned. I've never heard anything like this before. ”The room was clean and in good repair. The staff was helpful. They received flowers and placed them in the room before our arrival. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center but they looked immaculate. Some of the slots looked pretty dated, but the rest were current and the table games were good looking and busy. Close to Roger Williams Park Zoo for a great day out.”
