”Beautiful modern somewhat newer property in a lovely area. Perfect for catching public transportation on their railway close to everything doesn’t feel like an airport hotel, but you are very close to the airport a modern little grocery store across the grassy area, and an excellent coffee spot as well. ”Shuttle app is a joke, big waste of time! Always a delay, not at all accurate.
The staff gave conflicting information and weren’t all that friendly or helpful at times.
For instance, we were not told at check-in that the rooms are serviced every 3 days or, you had to call and request. We found out when we returned to the hotel after being out all day and the room was not cleaned. We spoke to the Manager and he said he would take care of it but again, no one showed up to clean! ”Location is great. Plenty of parking. Easy access to the highway and very near a ton of restaurants and shopping in Edina. The hotel is beautiful. Rooms were a good size and clean. Staff was helpful. The pool is very small and stuffy. And there’s no windows so it feels a bit tight and there’s only two elevators. There were two weddings happening the weekend we stayed with kids and guests all over the place so you had to wait a long time to use them. Outside of that our stay was fine.”

”It would have been nice to know the hotel was under construction. We were put on the 4th floor. The ice machine wasn't working, the fridge in our room wasn't working and when I asked the desk about them, the only answer I received was "we are under constructin". It was a waste of $200 for one night. Very disappointed.”
