”Clean room, easy parking, easy online checkin and checkout. Clise to Lassen National Park. Beautiful meadow outside of room with a creek flowing through. Mountain view. Nice tv, but I had to log in to my own Roku account to watch anything. Wifi was good. All in all a very good experience..We will definitely be back.”

”There is no breakfast just donuts and coffee. The windows were really dirty and the exterior had a lot of stuff all over it like bugs. Located right next to I5 so a little noisy.”

”I enjoy the little lake in the middle of the complex. The massages at the spa are wonderful. It’s a nice place for those who prefer to avoid a lobby area experience . I often see rainbows over the little lake ”

”The room appeared to be clean however the bathroom needs to be updated. There is a fan in the bathroom that is extremely loud. The check in staff was very pleasant.”

”The staff were great. They are remodeling the rooms so I had an older room, but the staff was excellent super nice people won the hotel gets remodeled that’ll make a big difference.”

”The bed was very uncomfortable. It sloped down on one side and was very hard. The toilet continued to run all night. Had to lift the cover off the reservoir every time to get it to stop. For the price we paid, it was not good.”
