”This is a wonderful property located nicely in the mountains outside Payson Arizona. The staff and personnel working there are exceptional. A restaurant has delicious food. The scenery and nature around the property is magnificent. The only grumble I can see some people having is the hidden $20 per night resort fee covering really nothing at all. I wouldn't call this a resort except for where it's located.”

”My stay at this Payson hotel was fantastic. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciated. I was particularly impressed by the modern room features, specifically the abundance of both USB and USB-C charging ports conveniently located near the bed and desk area, as well as the bright, high-quality vanity mirror in the bathroom. While the air conditioning unit is on the louder side, I actually found it to be a helpful source of white noise that effectively drowned...

”The staff (Ashley) when I was checking in was amazing. The computer system had gone down, and she handled everything as quickly and professionally as possible. I was super grateful for that.
The complimentary breakfast, here and at every Comfort Inn, was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall it was a very nice stay.”

”The property is always very clean. We've stayed here several times because the rooms consistently smell fresh, with a slight bleach scent that gives us confidence they've been properly cleaned. The light-colored sheets and blankets also make it easy to inspect the room for cleanliness.
They provide complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner, although I usually prefer to bring my own.
My only real complaint is the coffee. It has a strange taste—almost like paper—and I can't recommend it....

”We had an amazing stay at Eagle’s Nest near Payson—such a peaceful, cozy escape in the middle of the forest. The cabin was perfect for two, clean and comfortable, with a romantic fireplace and a porch swing that quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and quiet evenings. Everything we needed was provided, and the Starlink Wi-Fi was a nice bonus (though we barely used it).The location is incredible—surrounded by nature with endless hiking, fishing, and beautiful lakes just minutes...
