”This hotel is one of my favorites! i find myself just looking for reasons to go to Payson just to stay here! super clean and comfy, quiet and everything i want in a hotel room. ”

”Parking was safe and secure. The heater kept the room nice and warm. The breakfast was good.”

”We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub at this no frills property. We were a little surprised that the bottom sheet for our king sized bed was a flat queen sheet, but it worked ok. ”

”It was ok not as clean as before. We had hair in our bed and glitter so we wonder if the bedding was washed or not.”

”Breakfast was 👎. Noise was 👎. Room was not sealed and was dirty. The door has been kicked in so it wouldn't latch to lock, or open from the hallway. Dirty carpet and walls. The mattress on the fold out sofa was absolutely disgusting. Stained, dirty, brown and yellow, and stunk. Looks like it's never been cleaned since the 60s. It was mortifying. Do not stay in room 234.”

Property itself is clean while taking care of and managed The only advice I would have for them is the smell that comes out either from I think them not cleaning the AC filters and the rooms or the carpet. I believe that carpet should not even be in hotel rooms honestly there's too much traffic there..”

”The property needs updating. It is in rough shape. It was also full because of its proximity to the university during graduation week. The cleaning staff tries and were kind. The office staff was a bit brusk. If you’re looking for luxury or comfort go elsewhere. If you’re looking for convenience, walk ability and low cost, it did the job.”

”So, I really only stayed here because someone gave me a Marriott gift card and it had quite a bit on it that would be good for a few nights or more. I’ve used it once before and had trouble using it then and this time they did as well and were not helpful or considerate. They still ended up charging my card and said it was too late to fix. I would have stayed somewhere cheaper if I didn’t have this gift card. This was the cheapest Marriott in the area for the time I was there. It was clean,...
