”I was really impressed with the quality of the room, cleanliness and the little extras. I was greeted by a smiling face who took the time to show me the room. A handwritten note welcoming me was on the counter, along with chocolate chip cookies and 2 complimentary ice cold bottles of water in the refrigerator.
