”We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was so kind and welcoming. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with in walking distance to the River walk, local restaurants, bars and cafe’s. ”There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...

”Nice looking rooms, comfy bed, Keurig, but not great pillows. Strangely shallow sink. The worst part was how poorly the loft rooms were insulated for noice. We weren't warned that a massive Derby party was happening in the entire hotel, and the room next to ours stayed up shouting at the top of their lungs until 11:30. I had trouble with the lighting. There was a master switch that had to be turned on or some of the lights wouldn’t work. Also the air conditioner was very loud but I just turned it off as the room was cold.
