”The premises and the setting are fantastic. However, I do not believe the overall value matches the price charged. During our stay, there was a blackout on the island. Unfortunately, the hotel’s water system relies entirely on electric pumps, which meant that the toilet, basin, and shower became unusable. As a result, we could not use the bathroom facilities at all for several hours. For a hotel of this caliber, I would have expected an emergency backup power system, but this was not available....

The way the property is laid out you have a lot of privacy. Unfortunately it rained for the 3 days we were there but the staff was great helping us arrange things to do & we order room service. The door was excellent. We also used the spa services which were very nice. Because to leave time to enjoy the spa facilities as well.”

”We had great time at Salthouse, it is as pictured a spacious very well appointed Villa a short walk to Dreamland beach. The staff were great especially Yoga who was very attentive and cooked us very nice complimentary breakfast on our last day. For those those that like coffee there is a great place 100m away called Riptide cafe with a convenience store next door. ”

”The staff we're very communicative, we got stuck in Bali from the Dubai problem and they we're so helpful, they let us stay at a discounted rate, cleaned the room everyday and changed towels etc, pool area is great, not a perfect location but can get online taxis easily, great for kids as pangolin kids club next door”
