”Great location and price. Owner was very helpful as we arrived really early but we arranged for ourcases to be held at owners apartment next door until apartment was ready.”

”This apartment was so comfortable. It had everything we needed for the month of our stay. I really liked the location as it was away from the noise of tourists but easily walkable to places to visit or to take metro and bus to further places. So many places to grab a meal within a couple blocks, including a bakery, supermarket, public swimming pool, and for a great massage.”

”The location was excellent! It was very close to all the main points of interest yet was at the end of a very quiet street. It was very quiet throughout the late evening and night. The washing machine worked well and there was a drying rack. The shower worked very well. It’s far from luxurious but works well with the exception of the bed squeezed into too small an area”

”We were met at the airport by the lovely Enrique, who was the perfect host and gave us loads of information about what to see and how to get about. His apartment is very spacious with everything you might need. It has a small balcony with table and chairs - perfect for the afternoon sun. We managed to walk everywhere apart from the beach, which was a 40p tram ride. Thank you very much Enrique.”

”We arrived at the property had a few problems getting in it isn’t that clear once you can work it out it’s very easy. Very nice apartment really nice restaurants and bars with in easy walk in door pool was nice. The owner was always online when. Coffee machine was broken it was replaced the next day and sorting out extra key and ac was not a problem. I would recommend the apartment very nice upperclass location”

”Es war eine wirklich tolle Woche in Valencia. Wir mochten auch die Wohnung sehr mit den alten Steinfliesen. Überhaupt ist es natürlich Altbau und dementsprechend nicht modern schick. Die Wohnung hat einfach Charme. Den kleinen Raum mit den zwei Sitzgelegenheiten würde ich allerdings renovieren. Auch die zwei Sessel und das Sofa sind schon sehr dreckig und abgenutzt. Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

”Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ruhig. Die Dachterrasse ist genial. Parken ist schwierig-das nächste Parkhaus ist 12 min fussläufig entfernt. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sieht optisch gut aus, weisst jedoch Mängel auf. Das Bad ist sehr einfach und nach unserem Empfinden etwas schmuddelig. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung Okay jedoch für das was sie bietet zu teuer.”

”La casa esta bastante bien, es comoda y esta todo nuevo, el edificio es tranquilo y la zona esta bien, aunque parece que la urbanización esta a medio construir.No está exactamente en Patraix,pero esta cerca del metro y el bus y tiene un C.Comercial muy cerca. A nosotros nos gustó el sitio. Cosa muy negativa: Si tu llegada es entre las 22 y 24 horas debes tener en cuenta que tiene un suplemento de 30€ si quieres recibir las llaves en la casa, si no quieres pagar pues tienes la otra opción que es...

”Didn’t receive any check in details so when we arrived I had to call them and they sent it to me. Fire alarm for building went off on our last morning as another guest burnt some toasts. Not the fault of the apartment but might have been nice to have received an email post-event given we were outbound for a while, had fire alarm going off for 2 hours and no working lift when we went to leave.
