”We were in Lead Hill, Arkansas visiting our son and grandchildren. The house was charming and comfortable, and there was definitely a "HOME TOWN" vibe. The property is quiet and secluded which we loved very much. Thumbs up - it was a good experience and our host was very attentive and accommodating.”

”Mitchell’s place is phenomenal, everything inside is well taken care of. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was great size. Space of this cottage was amazing. Features a big open kitchen. Both mini splits were great. Kept the place nice and cool during some of the hottest days of the summer. The parking super easy. HIGHLY recommend. Look forward to staying here again.L!!”

”What a lovely property! Right on the river with a great firepit. The house is super clean and comfortable. Super views from the living room. The Master is roomy with an attached sitting room. It is located next to the boat ramp, but with a nice tree windbreak inbetween there is privacy and not noisy. Tommy is a super host with great communication! We will want to stay here again when we are back in Northern Arkansas! All in all a perfect stay!”

The house had outdoor window shades to help with the late-day heat, which was great. I loved sitting on the screen in porch in the morning and the porch in the evening looking over the lake. The front door handle was not working and when I let the owner know someone came to fix it same day! The 6th...
