The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances such as a coffee machine, oven, toaster, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a small kitchenette on the first floor for your convenience.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and ample closet space. All rooms are decorated with high architectural details and offer views of the sea or the city.
The first floor houses three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, private bathroom with a shower, and large closets. These bedrooms also provide views of the sea and the lush landscape.
Descending the stairs to the basement, you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size bed, large closets, and a private bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom in the basement features a single bed and large closets, providing a serene space with calming colors for unique relaxation in your personal retreat.
On the rooftop, you can enjoy the stunning sea view and the sunshine on the corner sofa and sunbeds, perfect for sunbathing.
The beautiful outdoor area by the pool includes a table with comfortable chairs, ensuring a pleasant time by the pool. There are also sunbeds for your comfort. The exterior space is set in a picturesque landscape, offering unique moments during your stay.
The villa is ideally located 450 meters from Trattoria La Vigna, 600 meters from Leon supermarket, 1.4 km from the stunning Coral Bay Beach, and 5.2 km from the Shipwreck. Its prime location makes it perfect for exploring and enjoying the area`s attractions.

All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
