  • Villa Demiana is a seafront holiday home in the heart of Coral Bay Resort, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Set within the sought-after Sunrise complex, the villa offers a peaceful and well-kept setting, a space to slow down, settle in, and enjoy the easy rhythm of Mediterranean living.

    The Blue Flag Coral Bay Beach, known for its golden sands and clear waters, is just a 10-minute walk away. The lively Coral Bay Strip is also only a 5-minute stroll from the complex, offering an abundance of shops, minimarkets, traditional eateries, cocktail bars, cafés, and restaurants.

    At the heart of the property is its large private 9m × 4m kidney-shaped swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds, a BBQ area, and a beautiful wooden covered cabana, everything you need to effortlessly slip into holiday mode. Spend long afternoons beneath the Mediterranean sun, cool off in the pool, or simply sit back and take in the sea views and memorable Cyprus sunsets. Family holiday

We stayed in villa Demiana for a week and it was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Gorgeous views of the coastline. Private and Not overlooked. Zero noise despite being so close to everything. Description states obstructed views and noise due to costal path, no obstruction to the view and the noise is minimal a light tapping noise is about as loud as is got. The villa provided every comfort you can possibly think of, Was worried about an unheated pool, but it was the perfect temperature. No issues or complaints.

Villa Demiana July/August 2025

This was our first villa holiday and visit to Cyprus and was just brilliant. A couple of days before we arrived we recieved our check in information which included key box code, wifi code and so on and contact details of our property manager who responded quickly to any queries. There is also an information folder in the villa.The villa was the perfect size with three bedrooms and three bathrooms with plenty of space and storage.The outside space was beautiful, offering plenty of shade and lovely sea views. Kitchen was fully equipped and the air con was amazing! Just a short walk up to the strip which was ideal for our evening meals and drinks and great supermarket up the road. We hired a car for the duration of our stay (2 weeks) which I would recommend, however you can get around easily by bus it seems and local taxis. Coral Bay beach and Corallia beach are near by and Paphos is about a 20 minute drive. Location of villa and our overall stay was excellent and we had a fantastic holiday.
