Villa Nasia on uusi moderni kolmen makuuhuoneen kahden kylpyhuoneen huvila, joka sijaitsee Coral Bayn sydämess�������� ja joka valitsee vieraita, jotka etsivät ylellisyyttä ilman tarvetta vuokrata auton niin laaja valikoima ravintoloita, tavernoja, kahviloita ja ranta ovat kaikki aito 5-10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Villa tarjoaa tyylikkäitä ja viihtyisiä huonekaluja, ja siinä on kaikki tarvittavat mukavuudet rentouttavalle perhelomalle, mukaan lukien kokoelma ulkokalusteet, grilli ja aurinkoterassi merinäköalalla sekä wi fi-televisio, yksityinen uima-allas ja ilmastointi koko.

Nasia 3rd Visit

Always competitively priced, a Superb location 5 minute stroll to all of the Bars and Restaurants, the unexpected Bonus of enjoying an evening glass of wine on the "Roof Terrace" very near to 3 excellent beaches and a great central point also to visit Latchi Harbour, the beautiful church at Agios Georgios or Paphos Markets. that was our 3rd stay there now so I would certainly recommend to anyone, many thanks Chris

Great location for relaxing holiday

Villa was clean and spacious, everything you need supplied. Loved the roof terrace for sunbathing, watching the sunset and cooling off, with a drink, in the evenings. The location was great with a few minutes walk to the 'strip' with shops, restaurants and bars. Regular bus service into Paphos made it easy to visit and sightsee. Felt like the villa was just about in need of a bit of a makeover - crack in pool, slabs missing from cladding and broken steps, air conditioning unit in bedroom with 2 single beds leaked water and was not able to be used, sealant around kitchen worktops missing and needs replacing (made keeping ants under control really difficult) Small things really that did not affect our stay but would make the extra difference.

Villa Nasia

Villa Nasia is right next to a hotel (which was busy with workmen at 07.30 - readying for the season) and has other villas bordering onto it, very close. So it's not as private as the photo's would have you believe and can get noisy at times. It also looks a bit tired with woodwork needing a lick of paint, doors that don't close properly and mattresses that have seen better days. The garden also needed a bit of pruning and weeding. Having said that, the location is perfect for a walk into Coral Bay and the villa is clean, has most things you could need and is value for money. Not outstanding, but ok and as such, I'd use it again in the future if the price remained reasonable.

It wasn’t quite luxury, it was ok

Good location for beach and bars and a good size. Quiet at night. Air con worked. Pool a good size. Good facilities in kitchen. Locks were failing (one in kitchen broken) and difficult to use, cracked step, stickiness everywhere, blood stain on a duvet, walls need rendering, no cloth to wash up, thick black mould in the shower, internet stopped working.

Great location

Having stayed here before we were more than happy to return. This is a great Villa in a great location. As others have commented in the past a small amount of TLC would elevate the property to excellent. Peeling paint and broken/missing tiles could be relatively cheaply fixed to a great visual improvement.

Villa Nasia (Nastier), Coral Bay, Cyprus

Good location, close to all bars and restaurants in Coral Bay and a 30 minute or so walk to the beach. Villa was spacious 3-bedroom, the cleaner had done a good job with what they had to work with. The Villa was tired and overall we felt it was sub-standard for a luxury villa at the price being charged and we will not be using Luxury Villas of Cyprus again. We booked through Luxury Villas Cyprus. Their communication throughout was slow their standard T&Cs meant a voucher not a refund (we had made our original payment by bank transfer) when the pandemic meant we could not travel we were offered Villa Nasia when re-booking - for an additional £495! This was far from a luxury villa. The 4-digit code for a non-existent key safe? Not needed, the key was under a stone by the door. Four lights were not working (2 new bulbs landed on day three 2 lights could not be fixed, broken cable and local builder never wired one light). The TV switched on but there were no channels (fixed on day 2). Two of the four wall mounted aircon units leaked water. The steps down to the pool had a massive chunk missing (we subsequently found a review mentioning the same some time ago). Some exterior wood and paint work was flaking and there were missing tiles from external walls. The ensuite shower had black mould all along the lower sliding mechanism.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Alles in allem war es ein tolles Haus. Ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten würden es wieder aufwerten. Besteck könnte etwas mehr vorhanden sein, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war der Timer der Klimaanlagen, welche nur auf max. 2 Stunden zu stellen war (in der Nacht schon anstrengend) …. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub

Brilliant villa in brilliant location

Villa Nasia is in a perfect spot if you want to be close to bars/restaurants but also away from it as it’s just a 5 minute walk away from a strip. The large supermarket is also only a 10 minute walk away. The villa has amazing views from up on the roof, never to be forgotten! The pool is lovely. The villa is quite modern inside. We had a amazing 12 night stay for our birthdays and would certainly consider returning. Villa could have be slightly cleaner and we could have done with a cleaner/change of sheets etc half way though but that’s the only slightly negative thing we could say.

Could be lovely with some TLC

Overall we had an okay stay at this Villa, which is situated in a good convienent location. On arrival we had to contact the property maintenance as the key box had been damaged and no key inside. He answered immediately and told us where the key was, but strange that we hadn't been emailed before arrival to explain. Nice inside but the floor and surfaces needed a good wipe over which we did on the first morning and before we left. Some convienent items left in the fridge which was a nice touch. Outside does need some attention, paint peeling from the walls etc. The pool filter cover at the bottom was missing, which meant we had to avoid a large hole which could have damaged a foot or ankle. Maintenance explained it had been broken previously and they hadn't been able to find a new cover and he had turned the filter off to stop anyone getting sucked in. This resulted in the pool not cleaning properly as well as the dangerous hole. The steps from the patio down to the pool were badly damaged with sharp protruding edges which was very dangerous. We had to lay a sunbed over the steps to stop the kids hurting themselves. Maintenance explained the steps we're damaged when tiles fell off the villa in March due to an earthquake and they hadn't been able to get replacements. Whilst accepting the challenge they face, they should have made a temporary repair to make it safe. , as well as a number of loose tiles around the patio area. Furniture on roof is not what the picture on the website shows, just a couple of sunbeds not sofa style seats. BBQ was very dirty and not something we used, which was a shame. There are some easy wins to make this villa really nice, even temporary ones whilst waiting for replacements and a good clean before guest arrival. If the place is tidied up, we would consider returning as it could be very good, but sadly not in its current condition.

Great value for money property in great location

The location was brilliant just a short walk away from bars and restaurants and not too far from the beach. Great views from the balcony as well to the sea. Could do with a bit of maintenance such as painting and repair work on the property. Some loose tiles which are quite dangerous.

Haus hat bereits ein paar Gebrauchsspuren, aber es ist sauber und immer noch gut. Als wir einmal Hilfe bei der Klimaanlage brauchten, war der Techniker innerhalb kurzer Zeit da. Super Service! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank, Restaurants in Laufnähe. Als wir da waren, waren kaum Touristen da, daher schön ruhig. In einer normalen Feriensaison ist da sicherlich mehr Trubel.

Great location, customer service fantastic

Property was lovely, pool was cold but to be expected in October. Location was superb , taxi company and hire car 1 minute from the front door and main street 2 mins walk away. Everything was very easy. We had a couple of small issues but were rectified very quickly indeed.

Perfect for late summer sun

Superb location being a 5 minute walk to lots of bars and restaurants. The villa was clean, comfortable and Paul was very helpful when we had a query. Everything was in good working order and exactly what we expected. As it has been noted in other reviews the photo makes it more isolated than it is. But we it was perfect for us anyway. Love having a quiet drink on the roof terrace watching the sunset 🌅

Ants in the walls, sheets with blood on

Unfortunately this wasn’t what we expected, it started badly we got to the hotel at 11pm and found there was no cot bed even thou I had sent the required email off with all the details, which the manager then claimed I hadn’t even thou I could resite the exact email lay out ??. Then we found that the air con barely worked in 1 of the 3 rooms and has mould coming down the wall? Next we had some crackers in a cupboard and somehow ants managed to get there as I watched where they was going I found the cracks in the walls they were all in there so don’t know if management knows this. We had some sheets changed on the Sunday a week later like they said but when we got back we checked them and the pillow case where my wife was had blood stains on it. Also for roughly a week we had no steps to get into the pool which made it extremely hard to get our 1 year old in and out. No explanation why they wasn’t there and no information on when they would be fixed. All in all we found the villa disappointing we had spent alot of money and without massive improvements I doubt we would stop here again. The location don’t get me wrong is brilliant about the only good thing I can say sorry.

Stunning villa, lovely pool, amazing location, great management!!! We've just spent a week in villa Nasia and we can't recommend it highly enough. Already looking to book again for next year. Paul from the management was so helpful and friendly. This is a perfect villa for little ones and adults too. Just next door to the villa was a lovely taxi driver who was very reasonably priced. Thanks for a fantastic holiday!

Villa spacious. Good restaurants and supermarket nearby! Pool cold so did not use it much! Roof top terrace lovely and great to have a view of the sea. All appliances working and so clean! The villa was superbly clean and a nice touch to have towels for the pool!!

Brilliantly positioned for all amenities yet quiet and relaxing

Great villa, ideal for grown ups or older children. Air con was a godsend at night and roof terrace AMAZING for a lovely chill out evening. Loved having our own pool too.

Lovely Villa in great location

7 of us stayed here in August, my sister stayed in villa Ana, next door but one! The villa is listed as sleeping 6 but we asked for a 7th bed to be put in the kids room to allow the 3 kids to sleep together, this was done with no problems. Chris arranged for a taxi from the airport, the driver was great, gave us a mini guided tour when we we’re on route to the villa. When we arrived at the villa, we had some food & drink in for us including, bread, Jam, water, milk, tea, coffee, fresh orange, it was a lovely touch. The villa is located just off the main strip down a quiet side street. The beach is a good 20 minute walk away. The supermarket was only 10 minute walk away & if you spent €50 or more, they brought you & your shopping home. As we went in August, it was really hot, the A/C in the two main rooms was poor for the first couple of nights & it was difficult to sleep, we asked Paul to come round & he cleaned the filters & this then improved. The down side of the A/C was that it was on 2 hour timers so you would wake up every couple of hours due to the heat to turn it back on! The ensuite plumbing could do with some work, the shower & sink took a long time to drain compared to the main bathroom. The roof terrace was lovely but we did not use as we would have had to go down two flights of stairs for a drink each time, this would really improve this space if there was a fridge up there! The TV had a box with it that had a good variety of things to watch which helped keep the kids entertained in the evening, however, it’s not easy to use unless you are shown so would benefit from a user guide. The pool & outside space was great, enough for a villa this size, however, I do believe there was too much chlorine being put in the pool as it turned anything lightly coloured green, including my hair! Some have said the villa is over looked due to the hotel facing, I wouldn’t agree, there is a hotel, but it’s over the road, it’s not as bad as other reviews have suggested! Overall, even though I have mentioned some negatives, this villa was great, Chris & Paul we’re great & I would definitely recommend & hope to stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay but there are a few small issues.

The villa is well placed. The air conditioning is a pain, as they are all on a max of 2 hour timers. This is a problem as during the night you have to get up and keep putting it on, otherwise it's too hot to sleep. The sinks and showers don't drain very well upstairs. The beds are not very comfy and the doors on the bedrooms didn't stay shut unless you locked them. For some reason we all ended up with green finger nails..... Attention to detail on the cleaning was not brilliant. The management team were very helpful and a massive plus was a welcome pack of some basic food and milk was brilliant. The roof terrace is excellent offering great views. There were plenty of towels wich was great. Otherwise a very enjoyable week. Would definitely recommend staying here.
