The " Villa de la Luz " is situated in an exposed, quiet, secluded location, without neighbors, on Monte Pego near Denia, with sweeping views over the beautiful landscape and the sea. The special secluded location guarantees privacy and relaxation, with all daily necessities and the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca just a few minutes' drive away.



Additional costs and information:

*Heating of the pool via an electric heat pump can be ordered on arrival for an additional fee. The system can raise the water temperature by approx. 3 °C per day and can be used from a daily low of 10 °C.

*Only 1 pet is allowed.

*The costs for towels and bed linen are one-off for the entire stay and the entire property.

*The costs for baby crib, high chair and pet are optional and one-off for the entire stay.
