”Had a good night's rest after a long day on the bike. Very quiet at night. A bit of a walk to town for food. Sidewalk stops short a few hundred metres of reaching the property, so gotta walk on gravel shoulder , but doable. Rooms were a throwback to late 70s, but appeared to be clean. Bathroom was renovated and clean. Everything worked. Staff very friendly. Would stay there again.”

”Its no frills...i liked that it was clean and convenient for a night or two stay. The little decorative garden area was nice and well kept. Newer tv's with plenty of channels, i was comfortable and peaceful. Ok on the price. Would have been nice to offer a coffee and small sweets for a comlimentary,just a suggestion”

”I can’t even say how much I love this property. Not only is it so incredibly clean and well designed, but there are so many sweet details. The hosts are lovely and communicative and thoughtful. The location is perfect for a walk, close for Barry and apple picking, quick walk to the beach And just has the most beautiful view of a morning sunset with coffee. This is really a gem in Kingsville.”
