”This home was clean, inviting, well maintained and well stocked! One of my favorite things was the spices available in the kitchen, the guests have taken good care to restock and replenish as using items. The starter toilet paper and coffee was a huge pro! Mary Ann and Scott were accommodating and great communicators. The beach was an easy walk from the home and the upstairs balcony had a lovely ocean view. In general, we can't wait to visit again!”

”If you like to control the temp in the house you can’t.The owner has a lock box on it and set at 75. First house I have VRBO that had that. Renters should be able to control the temp. Everybody’s comfort zone is different.First day had to get MX man to open box up and turn AC down. Came back from dinner and temp 80 in house. AC was not working. They got an HVAC person over to fix AC that evening.We had no other issues the rest of our stay.Toilet paper was on back of toilet. No toilet paper...
