”The location was ideal for a quick getaway. We were very impressed with the amount of information the host provides regarding amenities and things to do in the area. Very impressive! We also found the host to be very easy to communicate with and responsive in a timely manner. We will definitely look into coming back again.”

”There were significant shortcomings for which we requested a partial refund - but have heard nothing, not even an apology. The gas fireplace, which was a crucial part of our decision to rent this property, was not functional. One double bed had no sheets at all, the other had only a bottom sheet, requiring the sleeper to use the blanket as a top sheet. The host's "solution" was to have the housekeeper hang a bag with a sheet on the front door handle the next day. There were minor omissions...

”The house was clean but in the description states it has A/C which in my opinion is misleading. The A/C is window only. It kept most of the house cool but one of the bedrooms was a little hot. Also the mattress in the bedroom off the living room really needs to be replaced. I slept on it one night and woke up the next day with a nightmare backache. My son and I changed beds, even though he is a young in shape guy he said the mattress did not provide much support. He thought it looked like one...

”My son and I visit Sewanee University and stayed overnight. We loved the stay. The house was cozy and comfortable. It was freezing the night we stayed or we would've enjoyed the firepit...so quiet and peaceful there. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities needed. I honestly hope my son chooses Sewanee for college so that I can take 2 day mini vacation in this tiny home community when I come to visit him. ”
