Lapsiystävällinen hirsitalo Harbor Springsin, Petoskeyn ja Mackinaw Islandin välillä

White Pine Lodge on erinomaisella paikalla: se on hiljainen ja rauhallinen, mutta lähellä parhaita Pohjois-Michiganin nähtävyyksiä, pieniä kaupunkeja ja rantoja vain 15 minuutin päässä. Suuri etukansi on sijoitettu syrjäiseen metsään ja takakannesta on näkymät kauniille niittyille ja kukkuloille. Luonto laulaa täällä, eikä sitä kutsuta Pleasantview Rd: ksi tyhjäksi! Ainoat naapurit mailia kohti ovat ystäviä tai perheenjäseniä, ja peltoja hoitamme edelleen meillä. Yli 100 vuotta vanha koulumaja istui tässä kiinteistössä viime aikoihin asti lahjoitetulle historialliselle yhteiskunnalle. Sukulaiset ja naapurit kävivät koulussa, joten omaisuudella on rikas menneisyys.

Maantieteellinen lämmitys ja jäähdytys tekevät siitä erittäin mukavan yksikön ympäri vuoden, ja lämmitetyt lattiat ovat poikkeuksellisen mukavat talvella. Suuri mänty ruokapöytä ja tilava keittiö tekevät perheen aterioista ja yhdessäolosta unohtumattoman. Keittäminen tai grillaaminen on helppoa kaikissa huoneissa. Jurekin liha- ja päivittäistavaroista, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä, on Pohjois-Michiganin parhaat lihaa kaikkiin ruoanvalmistustarpeisiisi.

Pääkerroksessa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Olohuoneessa on mukavat ja tilavat istuimet ja lämmin kaasutakka. Olohuoneen molemmilla puolilla on liukulasiovi-ovet, joista pääsee helposti parvekkeelle upea näköala, raikas ilma ja tähtikirkas yöt. Yksi kerros ylöspäin on parvi, jossa on sänky, lepotuoli ja villamatto.

Alemmalla tasolla on paljon istuimia ja monia suuria sohvia. Täällä on 2 makuuhuonetta, täysin varustettu kylpyhuone, kuntosali, viihdealue, jossa on 50 "taulu, ja pesutupa.

Wonderful property near Petosky

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful property. We were a party of twelve and never felt cramped. The house is huge with wonderful light. It is private yet close enough to all of the action. We spent on day on Mackinac Island and the other days touring in and around Petosky. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The only “issue” we had was that there was only on bottle of shampoo for the two bathrooms. We worked it out. The house was spotless. We would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling in this area.

Great Central Location

this property worked great for our group and the itinerary we had. 25 minutes to Island Ferry, 20 minutes to harbor springs, and only 10 minutes from Pellston Regional for some of our distant travelers. We had a great stay. Thank you.

The property is amazing; set on a hillside with a western facing deck, one can view magnificent sunsets that show the beauty of our skies. We had 6 women who graduated high school in 1970, and have been annually getting together to renew our friendships.

Amazing Rental

We stayed here while skiing at Nubs Nob. The house is so beautiful, so spacious, and so comfortable. We had so many of us, but you could never tell because there’s so much room. James was so accommodating and very easy to get a hold of. When we return to the area will definitely book again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful cabin

We stayed at this property with four other couples. It was clean and beautiful. The property had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. James was very easy to work with and made sure that our stay was perfect. The property had plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable while we stayed. Would definitely stay again!!

Great house for large groups

We were a multi-generational group with two different families and 12 folks in total (6 adults, 6 kids). The house easily accommodated all of us with plenty of space to hang out, and we didn't even maximize the whole property! The kids loved the apple tree out front, the big pine tree for climbing, and the jacuzzi tub in the master suite. Grownups rotated between the main living room, kitchen bar area, and the deck, with plenty of other lounging areas. It was on a bigger road so sometimes big trucks would come flying threw, but it was set back enough that it wasn't too big of a deal. All-in-all, it was great for our needs.

Beautiful cabin and great for a family Reunion

We had our annual reunion here with three families, ages ranging from 65 - 2 years old and a dog. Place was great for everyone and enough kitchen and bathroom amenities. We spent a night outside around the fire making s'mores and laid in the grass star gazing. During the day we spent time at nearby Pelosky, Harbor Springs, and Mackinac Island.

Comfortable Michigan stay

beautiful house, quiet and secluded property

The house itself was gorgeous. Very spacious. Felt like having your own private ski lodge. Only about a 20 minute drive to Petosksy, Mackinac City, and Harbor Springs. There is a small grocery store and butcher shop half a mile down the road. The sunset over the farm across the street was beautiful. The grounds were not well kept. A very loud, whole house, security/smoke alarm went off spontaneously for about 20 minutes in the middle of the afternoon, and they had no idea what to do about it. It stopped on its own, and the answer was to just hope it doesnt happen again. That was a little disconcerting. However, the property manager was very attentive, and friendly. No hard feelings. The air conditioning worked really well. Super hot days and the inside was cold. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Check in was at 5:00 pm, which is pretty late, and they were actually cleaning until then so there was no way to get in the house early.

Awesome house

This place was perfect for our family ski trip to Boyne Highlands. It was even more beautiful and impressive than the pictures. Very spacious and clean. Only 10 minutes from the slopes. Owner was very responsive to our texts. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home

Great place for a large group. Home looks just like the pictures. Very clean and well stocked. We had a group of 10 people and we have plenty of room for everyone. Owner so easy to get a hold of and answers any questions promptly. Highly recommend
