"House was decent but there were several items than needed repaired. Coffee table in living room. Microwave handle. Several lights not working. Couch in den was stained all over. Master shower curtain was about 1 ft off the ground leaving an open area and water got in the floor. Outside back porch and garage area had leaves and debris that kept getting tracked in. We had to sweep several times a day. Mailbox was broken so we had a hard time finding the house when we arrived."

"What a great house ! Well kept, lots of space, well stocked kitchen, lots to do. Beautiful spot on the lake, so the kids paddle boarded off the dock every day. The house is loaded with games and puzzles. Very convenient to Clemson. And Matt is an awesome host - always reaching out to ensure that everything was perfect. "We were down to celebrate my sons graduation from Clemson. This spot was perfect for my family of 5, two sets of aunts/uncles and his 85 year old grandmother! We had a last minute cancellation for our dog sitter, so we brought him as well! The property & neighborhood was fun to walk/explore. The open floor plan and huge porches worked great for family meals and games! The house was clean, and very rustic with a great get a way feel."
