”The villa is very close to the docks. Which is good for convienience. However, it does mean that you do hear some noise from the docks. Although it is only in the daytime. The team of staff were great. Took very good care of us and couldn't be anymore helpful. The breakfast was good also. Only a couple of improvements that could be added, to make the stay perfect. There was no coils to keep the mosquitos away and there are quite alot. If they lit some coils or incense, then this would...

”Henkilökunta respassa ystävällistä ja hyvin englantia puhuvia. Lupasivat useasti auttaa mm pikaveneen varaamisessa, mutta jouduimme kysymään heiltä tätä useasti eri päivinä ennen kuin asia eteni. Aamupalan tilaaminen puhelimitse oli kömpelöä, numero ei toiminut. Aamupalaa saattoi joutua odottamaan 1h soitosta. Tilasimme etukäteen aamupalan tiettyyn aikaan, jotta ehdimme retkelle. Aamupalaa ei kuitenkaan tullut vaan jouduimme kysymään respasta. Saimme lopulta aamupalan 40min myöhässä sovitusta...

”The staff was more than helpfull. When we got to the place reseption person gave us a map and explaned where to find good food, where to snorkel and where to get the best view of the sunset. Breakfast was always on time and there was plenty to eat. Location of the premises was on the quiter side of the island, which for us was perfect. The island is very small so it was easy to get around despite the fact that location was more remote.”

”Piccolo resort nella zona più movimentata di Gili Air. Nel complesso resort molto accogliente e ben tenuto. Il punto forte é lo staff, ogni membro dello staff é gentile e disponibile. Un ragazzo dello staff ci ha aiutato con i nostri bagagli portandoceli vicino al porto, davvero gentilissimo. Colazione buona e con diverse possibilità di scelta. Stanza accogliente e pulita.”

”The rooms were clean and well laid out. The pool was great and nicely set back from the main road (unlike many other resorts on the island) . The staff were great and prices were very reasonable. Excellent experience overall!”
