”Would certainly stay again! Front desk and dining staff were excellent. Only quibble would be the remodeling going on during the stay. Was supposed to be from 8 am until 5 pm. Often it continued on into the evening, but I was in the Philippines. Island time is a real thing after all.”

”Pretty basic accomodation. Staff was friendly & attentive and would reply if messaged thru SMS. Easy check in and check out. No water station but has electric kettle and drinking glasses/cups and a small ref. FYI, No windows in the room as mentioned. Very good accomodation for the price. Great location. Right next to Pacific mall and short walk to SM City Legazpi, Public Market and Ayala Mall. Unfortunately, the other rooms are noisy and keeps on banging their doors. Would stay again. ”

”This was a great place to be based in Legazpi with a lovely outdoor pool that was warm thanks to some very sunny days. Our room looked out on the main road but this was in no way a problem and was not noisey. All the staff were warm and friendly, especially Callie who was always on duty in reception. She’s a little dog who quite happily sits on the reception desk greeting visitors. If you feel you want a change from the hotel food (which was good) you can order in from Grab but there is a charge...

”Breakfast was good! A handful of local dishes were very tasty. Room size was small but accomodating. Staff were friendly and polite with greeting us in the hallways and in the lobby. Sadly no view from our room, and dont be alarmed if the power goes out for a few seconds at night. Emergency generators kick in within the next second and power is usually back within the minute after. Overrall a good stay. Thank you Sentro.”

”A gem of a resort tucked away in the suburbs in this buzzing town of Guinobatan in the Bicol Region. Very obliging staff and great food in the restaurant albeit limited to nil in its western breakfast food selection. But why crave cereals in Rome? The swimming pools have a great lay out The rooms are basic but I felt very safe in this guarded resort. Was a great stay!”
