I was acutely conscious that other people were in the next bedroom and we felt constrained with talking and TV volume etc. I booked it thinking it a hotel but it was like a strangely converted family home. The towels were the same. The bathroom was in the process of being renovated; new vanity didn’t quite fit so there are missing skirting and mismatched paint. ”Nice property and you could tell the owners put an extra effort in with the amenities. Only quibble (user error though) was for us it was in the middle of town. Probably a plus for some but we prefer a more remote property.”
