Chateau Relaxeau on parhaalla paikalla järvellä, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Smithin vuorelle ja helppo pääsy järvelle moniin ravintoloihin, venesatamiin, valtion puiston retkeilyreitteihin, lasten aktiviteetteihin, puistoihin, viinitiloihin jne. Järvellä on runsaasti tilaa suurille ryhmille sekä sisä- että ulkotiloissa ja suuri kiinteä ja kelluva telakka järven nauttimiseen.

Kodissa on tilava, avoin pohjaratkaisu, josta on suuret ikkunat, joista on näkymät järvelle ja jotka tarjoavat upeat näkymät vuorille. Täysin kalustettu WiFi, 2 isoa LED-televisiota ja paljon tilaa perheelle / ystäville sisä- ja ulkotiloissa. Tarjoaa kaikki järven mukavuudet, joita voit pyytää, mukaan lukien 2 kajakkia nautinnoksi, Raised Fire Pit -patio, Ylisuuret telakat, Yksityinen uima-allas kelluvasta laiturista, Suuret kannet, Peli- / Rec-huone, Suuret LED-televisiot, Foosball-pöytä, Air Hockey pöytä, Skee Ball Machine, WiFi, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, veneen ankkurointi ja paljon muuta!

Yläkerrassa on iso olohuone, jossa on 60 "taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin, hyvin varustettu keittiö ruoanlaittoon ja syömiseen suurten ryhmien kanssa, ja 4 makuuhuonetta (katso sänkykoot alla). Alakerrassa on iso olohuone, teatterialue, iso 60 "taulutelevisio, foosball, korttipöytä ja 1 ylimääräinen makuuhuone. Sekä yläkerrassa että alakerrassa johtaa suuriin ulkotiloihin, jotka ovat kätevä tapa nauttia näkymistä ja järvestä. Yläkerroksessa on 2 kaasugrilliä ja runsaasti istuimia ja pöytiä ulkona olevan ajan maksimoimiseksi jopa aterioiden aikana.

Summer at SML
The view of the lake from the house is fantastic! We had such a great time using the paddle boards and kayaks. This cove is a great, peaceful location but close enough to the bigger part of the lake if using a boat or jet ski. The house is well stocked and has a variety of games/entertainment. We definitely enjoyed our visit.

Awesome house and location
We had a full house with 5 generations and everyone had a great time. The kids enjoyed the games as well as swimming right at the dock and making s'mores at the fire pit. The house had everything we needed and then some. Almost like being at home. If the opportunity arises we will stay there again.

The property is AWESOME! The property was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect, tucked away in a cove, which make it wonderful for our young grandkids to swim without boat traffic. the decks and docks made if perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. Would recommend this location to all and would stay here again.

Had a great time. House was very cozy and had such a great view of the lake. Very quiet area with very little activity on the lake during our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/cookware and house was very clean. Will be back next year!

Absolutely Fantastic!!
What a great time! My family and I enjoyed the lake access and house with so many amenities. The house is well-stocked, appealing, and clean. Sunrise and sunsets became a celebration of beauty with such breathtaking views and the perfect backdrop for countless pictures! Throughout our stay, our daughters enjoyed a variety of activities, both inside the game room and outside with access to kayaks and paddle boards on the property. Needless to say, there wasn’t a dull moment in a setting with so many options and a drivable radius to other activities in the area. Although we were a distance from Bridgewater Marina, the drive was pleasant and scenic. If you own a boat or have a rental, the docks will be perfect! Also, the simple beauty of the panoramic landscape was thoroughly enjoyed on our bike rides to nearby Vista Pointe without the concern of heavy traffic. Since this was my first VRBO experience, I was impressed by the hosts who are so accommodating and responsive. As my family reflects on our stay for the week, the experiences are now sweet and lasting memories.

Everything was as described in the listing. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our family meals. The parking was perfect for all of our vehicles. Photos can’t capture the beauty
This home in my opinion is on the most beautiful portion of the lake. I could not tell from the maps when choosing the home, but the mountain and lake view are spectacular. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for large family meals. The neighborhood was very safe and peaceful for morning walks. We brought our own pontoon and had adequate trailer and truck parking to the right of the house along with four other cars. It was 50 minutes to Liberty for graduation, but the drive was worth it. We had a great family weekend. I highly recommend this home.

We stayed for a long weekend in April 2024. The check in process and communication from Emily before during and after our stay was great! We LOVED the views and the dock was great for our rented pontoon boat. Highly recommend!

Christmas Trip for 2023
Our family takes a trip every spring as our Christmas present to each other. This is the second year we’ve gone to a mountain area and this house was by far the best! There was so much room both inside and out for us all to be together or have some time alone. My niece and nephew loved the game room! The property could not have been more beautiful. The house is gorgeous. I can’t say enough things about how wonderful our short trip was.

Family Fun for Everyone!
One of the most beautiful views of the lake. So many spaces for gathering. Such a private feel. 60th wedding anniversary with 14 people and a few pups staying at the house and 2 more drop ins for 4 days and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Even played Hoopla with all 16 in the main living space and we still had room for the pups. Well equipped kitchen. Never lacked for anything. A fantastic experience. Hoping to do it again next year!

Fantastic House
We have been staying at houses on SML for over 20 years. This is by far the best experience we have had. I house has lots of space a great open common area upstairs and the basement setup with the games and big screen was a giant hit with the kids, 8 to 16. The docks are perfect, water clean and deep off the docks. I would highly recommend.

The fun family vacation we all needed.
We had a great time at this beautiful home on the lake. we swam off the dock every day, took walks in the neighborhood and enjoyed the wildlife. Lots of Deer and birds to look at. Wonderful home with a great view.

Beautiful views of Smith Mountain Lake. Nice dock, in fact two. Rented boat for relaxing cruises around lake. Also enjoyed kayaks and paddle boards. Fishing was good. House was comfortable and clean. Well stocked with everything we needed. Correspondence with owners was great. Made us feel very welcome. Would go back for sure!

We had a great time. The home is well appointed with everything you might need. The cell phone charging pad is a nice touch. Beautiful views both during the day and night. Fire pit offers a relaxing time with wood provided and comfortable and ample seating. We enjoyed that with the chilly nights. Loved sitting out on the side deck too at the big table. If we were to go back to this area of SML, we would definitely stay here again.
