”Kun olimme hotellissa paikanpäällä palvelu toimisi ja asiakaspalvelu muuten hyvä mutta kun kerroimme huolemme siitä miten emme saaneet vastausta ennen hotelliin pääsyämme hotellille kuljetus asiassa he lähes ignoorasivat palautteemme täysin ja halusivat vaihtaa aiheen nopeasti muuhun asiaa. Maua hotellin takia koko matkamme suunnitelma muuttui luksuksesta, hyvin epä siistiin ja vaivalloiseen matkaan. Emme ikinä voi suositella tätä hotellia kenellekään joka kaipaa todellista luksusta ja aitoa...

”I loved this villa. The area is quiet and they arranged for a driver to pick us up at the ferry. He drove us to a couple spots that we requested before dropping us off at this villa. The service and food we ordered at the villa was inexpensive and very good as well. I would stay here again. ”

”The hotel villas and rooms are gorgeous while the foods were not that great. Considering the it's an inclusive resort, it would have been nice to taste the authentic Indonesian flavors instead of a bland taste that is catered toward most westerners. The communication were not great, for example ferry ticket discrepancy (it was quoted for 400K/RT/for 2 ppl but when we got to the ticket place it was for 1 person tix. After several confirmation prior to arrival at the place that it was 400K/RT/...

”The facility is absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to the treehouse and diamond beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I have some foods I cannot eat and staff made sure to ask questions so that both my dinner and breakfast were perfect. The spa was fantastic. We both got massages and really enjoyed the care from all the staff. loved the vibe here and would stay again for sure.”
