”Easy parking, very helpful staff, lovely character hotel, lovely clean, comfortable bedroom, bathroom clean, possibly ready for bit of TLC. Couldn’t master TV but probably my fault. Amazing breakfast, look forward to another visit.”

”Great location, easy to get to, great big parking, nice little village with a Chinese takeout across the street, a Coop close by. Sadly the cleanliness of the room was poor. Grime in the bathroom where floor meets walls. Very dirty remote control, some kind of sauce spilled on the side of the chest of drawers. Bed linen clean and bed comfortable. The radiator nob not functioning as it should. Should have stayed two nights but left after the first. Sorry, but proper cleaning of the room is so...

”Warm and comfortable cottage with the added benefit of two ensuite bedrooms and conveniently close to the M6. Disappointed that parking outside the cottage was often used by the staff. Plenty of places to eat in the local vicinity.”
