”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”I liked the breakfast; although, I've had better but again, it was nice. I had to notify the desk that I strongly felt that the linens on my bed had not been changed from the previous guest. After an hour, someone brought up a fresh pile of linens for me to change them myself. I called the front deck and requested a new room and was granted one. Thank you.”

”The first room I was in had mold in the bathroom, they tried to cover it with caulk but the mold was coming through the caulk. They changed my room and a roach was in the bathroom. The WiFi didn’t work, I had to use my own. The rooms were very outdated. The best part of my stay was that they didn’t except animals.”

”Clean & spacious room. Nice amenities. Overall a pleasant stay minus one situation. Unfortunately another hotel guest stole our Uber Eats order from our hotel door which was disappointing to say the least. First of all, who does that?!? Hotel staff thought it might’ve been one of the several teenagers staying there that weekend. The staff couldn’t do much except give us a breakfast voucher. Security cameras around the building & floors would’ve helped minimize this issue.”
