”Room was fairly clean. Bed was clean & comfortable. The AC unit was a bit loud (according to my fiancé) but at least it worked! Bathroom was clean, single sink, roomy shower. Breakfast looked great, but we opted for Dunkin that is walkable from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a 90th bday party and a wedding during our stay so pretty busy but they got everything settled. Overall 9/10 would stay again.”

”This was one of the worst places I have stayed. The ceiling in the bathroom over the tub was literally falling into the bathtub as I was showering. The place was filthy. House Cleaning walked into my room twice in the morning before it was even time for checkout. It wasn’t even close to checkout time all in all it was an absolutely terrible stay.”

”The property was nice and the staff was very nice. However, our air conditioner leaked water on the floor …. as in the floor was soaked. We reported it on Saturday night. We checked out Monday morning. It was never fixed. Their solution was to give us more towels to put on the floor. My husband had to walk on the soaked floor to get in and out of bed.
On a good note they serve an amazing complimentary breakfast on the weekend.”

”We loved the Nassau Inn and would definitely go back! Super walkable to restaurants, the campus, and an amazing plus in summer - the community pool! Their staff is excellent. One woman called ahead and tracked down the paperwork required for us to go to pool (Nassau Inn has an agreement with them, otherwise only open to residents) on the 4th. Such a relief on a 100 degree day with small kids!”

”Horrible customer service from a so called FD Supervisor. Pool was always dirty.
The FD supervisor was so disrespectful and disgusting to the point where I will complain to Hyatt and Pritzker. This lady should not be held a position in customer service.
Kept me and my kids for almost 30 min past 3PM telling me 3PM is the start of check in doesn’t mean it’s guaranteed. Who the heck trained you to be an agent.
