Businesshotellit - Penrith, Englanti

”The room was gorgeous and Sue is the kindest person. Lots of attention to detail and the little things that make your stay special. One issue was low water pressure in the shower due to a temperamental electric device that runs the shower head.”

”I was here for work, so slightly different priorities. But I enjoyed breakfast in my room and the whole order the night before set up, which included the time you wished to eat. Breakfast was good. this also meant the room had a table, which in my situation was very useful. Tea and coffee etc could be replenished from hall box. Good quality toiletries. Comfortable bed. Car parking on site, in fact very convenient all round.”

”The room was lovely & comfortable. The Evening meal was delicious. The only thing that let us down was the breakfast. It didn’t seem to be freshly cooked and wasn’t very hot & not very well cooked. A shame. If we stay again we will not pay extra for the breakfast.”

”Baari oli siisti ja henkilökunta siellä avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Huoneen kylpyhuoneessa laatat olivat haljenneet. Lämmin aamiainen oli kuiva, muutoin hyvä valikoima aamupalaa”

”Great room, bed, air conditioning and general vibe. Would return happily”

”Tons of character”

”Stayed whilst visiting the Lakes. Hotel was perfect for us as a family with children age 10 to 16. The buffet breakfast was a good selection, children loved the pancake machine. We also loved the pool, you had to pay extra but I felt this was worth it, the pool was a good size and steam room, sauna and jacuzzi nice for adults to relax. The hotel had a nice atmosphere, nice reception area with lovely open fire to sit by.”

”Fantastic place to stay and you are also supporting the fire fighters charity amazing place and ideal location will definitely be returning in the future 👍”

”Spotless rooms. Welcoming staff. River view behind the hotel. Good place to travel around allocations. Very close to town centre.”
