BC 204B 1B Gulf Front - Indoor Heated Pool!

Paradise is only a few steps away from this newly furnished condo – with floor-to-ceiling windows that boast unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sugar-white sand.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and flat-screen tv.

The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for three and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher.

At the end of the day, sink into comfort on your private balcony overlooking crashing waves just steps away from your back door.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

Indoor Pool:
Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Children under 18 ("family time") allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closing).
Outdoor Pool:
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM:


Gym policies:
Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM
ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October
We do not provide beach or pool towels.

Nice Condo with Great Views and Amenities

This is a really nice condo for a couple. Great balcony views. Very nice, updated gym, workout area. Would stay here again.

This was not what it seemed

This condo was dark, old and smelled. It started from the moment I got on the elevator. Elevator wasn't clean and front door damaged. Walked in and it was like a cave. Everything in this condo was old, damaged and dirty. I didn't bring in my belongs and left after 10 minutes. I was giving a full refund, beside what VBRO changes. This Property should be on VBRO.

Fantastic Stay - will use again!

Easy checkin process with early access to facilities prior to the condo being available - with prompt notification of room readiness early! Lovely facilities and easy transportation in and out. Would recommend and will stay again!

Great little spot

This was a great cozy listing. It was just off the beach and there is an indoor and outdoor pool onsite. It was raining the first day, so the indoor pool was really nice to have. It is also walking distance to several convenience stores and restaurants. The size was great for our family of 3 (2-year-old). Management seemed very attentive and communicated well. Would definitely stay again.

Needs Updated and Issues resolved

Although the location and view of the beach were great, this unit was severely outdated. The drain in the shower was clogged the entire visit, meaning you took a bath and a shower at the same time. We could not use the WiFi while we were there and when we called the front desk for help they instructed us to just use our neighbors wifi instead of actually fixing our issue. Connecting to the neighbors wifi was spotty and not consistent. There was absolutely no cell service in the unit either. The couch is past its time frame for a rental. The sheets and comforter for the beds were very scratchy and not cozy. The bunk bed was made for very small children and was very hard to get in and out of.

Everything was great. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi and one of the tv remotes didn’t have batteries but we weren’t in our room that much so it wasn’t a big deal. This was our second time there. We may make it an annual thing
