Nestled between the Gulf and Pensacola Bay, this Palm Beach Club condo offers the perfect home base for a getaway family getaway. Explore the pristine coastline of the Gulf Islands National Seashore, just steps from the condo, or soak up the sun while staying cool at the sparkling on-site pool.



Enjoy gorgeous views and cooling bay breezes on the private balcony or kick back inside with air-conditioned comfort while taking in the views from the panoramic bay window sitting area. The kitchen comes equipped with plenty of counter space and all the. major appliances for home cooking, including a dishwasher for quick cleanup. The serving window makes it easy to serve up dishes at the dining table and there's room for everyone with seating for everyone. In the evenings, unwind in the living area while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Complex renovations will begin in November 2023 and will last roughly one year. During this time, there will be periods when guests may not have access to their balconies and/or vacation rentals. There will also be loud noise, vibrations, and dust generated. There may be times the interior is exposed to outdoor elements as well.

Very clean, had plenty of towels (which can be unusual). Supplied dish soap for hand washing, 1 dishwasher detergent, 2 laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. Also provided was decent quality hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner (refillable dispensers). Ice machine worked well. All countertop appliances were in good repair. Scant, but acceptable cooking pots/pans. Plenty of dishes/silverware/glasses. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Sliders for both balconies worked well. Easy access to both gulf and bay. Complex was quiet. There is a pool at the complex, but we did not use it.

Oh My Gosh. We literally had the best week here. The locals that live in the building were so helpful and friendly. the location was perfect, you have the trolley stop right across the street to take you to the busier areas down town but there is a much quieter public beach right across the street . A short drive to the right is the national seashore. We all loved the room, It was everything you need for a week at the beach with your family. I almost don't want to tell people how great this place is, its such a hidden gem.

Great location

This condo was in a great location! Last one on the strip so beaches were not crowded and convenient to everything. Blinds in master bedroom needs repairing but that’s just cosmetic. Beds were VERY comfortable and condo was very clean. We enjoyed the nice new pool with deck. Will book again in the future!

My mother and I snuck away for a few days to relax and celebrate her 65th birthday! The condo was absolutely perfect - great location and what a wonderful touch to have a free set up of a an umbrella and two beach chairs ! We will definitely be back . ….. The girls from Arkansas.

Disappointed

We booked this particular condo because of its description of having a balcony with an ocean view. We looked forward to spending our weekend having time on the balcony during breakfast and lunch and for evening drinks overlooking the ocean. The listing said the balcony would be closed for construction until 30 April and again in November. We checked into the condo on 19 May only to find that the balcony was closed off and we were not allowed to use it because of construction. We had received an email prior that stated the construction would be complete on 30 April and that it was an update. There was nothing to indicate that this construction would continue into May. We were highly disappointed that there was no communication to indicate that the balcony was going to be closed and we paid such a high price to stay here. We were also disappointed that they were only willing to discount half of a nights stay.

Great location

This property is on the quiet end of the beach strip, pleasantly accessible to both bay and gulf beaches. Clean and well appointed, the only we really missed was beach towels and beach chairs. Construction had the balconies closed, but they seem like they’d be great spots for tea and cocktails. If you are a beach walker, this is the ideal place.

Aside from a few minute, cosmetic things, this was an awesome stay. Location was great and ideal, clean, spacious space, and I would definitely rent again. If I had just one critique, and I do mean, it’s the only one, I would say the price could be a little lower.
